In 2026, we're introducing Clinical Pilates - a physiotherapist-led exercise approach designed to improve movement quality, strength, and joint control. Perfect for injury rehabilitation, surgical recovery, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
What Is Clinical Pilates?
Unlike general Pilates, Clinical Pilates is rehabilitation-based, guided by physiotherapists, and tailored to your individual needs. It focuses on controlled movement, strength through range, and neuromuscular control — ideal for those with pain, injury, or post-surgical considerations.
Who Is It Suitable For?
Program Options
1:1 Sessions — Fully individualised assessment and exercise programming for pre-operative, post-operative, and complex conditions.
Small Group Classes — Maximum 3 participants with high-level clinical supervision. Cost-effective with appropriate modifications for each individual.
How to Access
Book as a standalone service or add to existing longevity packages for comprehensive long-term care.
Why Choose Clinical Pilates?
The key difference is clinical expertise. Every exercise is prescribed based on assessment and clinical goals, extending physiotherapy beyond hands-on treatment to support sustainable strength, confidence in movement, and long-term outcomes.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Clinical Pilates program, designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and general
fitness. Unlike standard Pilates classes, this program is led by qualified physiotherapists who tailor each exercise to your specific
injury history and movement goals. Join us to experience a targeted path to better health and physical well-being.
