Does your child find it hard to sit still? Evidence shows that developing strong core muscles can help children with ADHD better manage physical restlessness, supporting improved focus both at home and in school. This interactive morning session will introduce enjoyable trunk-strengthening exercises, empowering kids to build core control and attention skills together.

Nico is Jointli’s Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach and Clinical Leader of the Athletic Performance Program, with over 15 years’ experience coaching youth and elite athletes.
Qualifications
- ASCA Strength and Conditioning (PCAS-Professional).

Bachelor of Exercise Science, Master of Sport Science, and PhD in Sport Science (University of New England), focusing on performance and
recovery in Rugby 7s.

Special interest in helping teenagers build strength, confidence, and safe training habits for their sport and long-term health.

Uses age-appropriate programs that make hard work feel engaging, supportive, and fun while teaching teens how to move well and look after
their bodies.
Professional background
Former Lead Performance Coach for the Chinese Olympic Committee, overseeing performance, physiology, and injury management for Rowing and
Canoeing.

Experience with Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute, specialising in return-to-sport testing following ACL injury, informing safe return-to-play decisions for active teens.
