INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

We offer Sports Rehab sessions with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches. We can guide you on who is best to see and when.  

  • Evaluate your injury: We'll thoroughly assess your condition to understand the root cause.
  • Develop a personalised rehab plan: Together, we'll create a plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
  • Progress your exercise program: We'll guide you through exercises that will get you back on track safely and effectively.

GROUP REHABILITATION 

Single Class (60 Mins) - $85


Pack (12 Classes) $840

($70 per class)

1hr Group Rehab sessions offer personalised support in a large gym. 

Limited to a maximum of 5 participants, these sessions ensure quality supervision and individual attention from our expert coaches.

  • Ideal for building community and motivation: Group Rehab is perfect if you enjoy a supportive environment and don't have access to a fully equipped gym.
  • Choose your training environment: We offer on field training sessions every week!

ACL REHABILITATION

Recovering from an ACL injury requires a dedicated and personalised approach. At Jointli, we offer a range of options to suit your specific needs.

Our physiotherapists will help you with healing and regaining function whilst our strength & conditioning coaches will develop your athleticism and confidence. We are ACL experts and work as a team with a real integrated approach that is tailored to your needs.

POST ACL RECONSTRUCTION

ACL PREHAB

PREHAB ACL RECONSTRUCTION 

The time between your ACL injury and surgery is of significant importance, as evidence shows the better condition of your knee before the operation, the better success post-surgery.

Our focus is to:

  • Eliminate the swelling in your knee
  • Regain full knee extension range of motion
  • Reduce muscle inhibition and keep the knee strong
  • Establish a comfortable gait pattern and even weight-bearing
  • Eliminate the risk of further injury to the knee


ACL NON-SURGICAL MANAGEMENT

Not all ACL injuries require surgery. Our team has extensive experience in managing ACL tears non-surgically through a combination of:

  • Physiotherapy to help settle the joint, rebuild function and improve movement.
  • Strength and conditioning Is integrated once a good level of function has been regained.

ACL POST-OP MEMBERSHIP

Looking for a comprehensive and structured approach to your ACL recovery? 

Our ACL membership plans are structured over 52-weeks and are designed to facilitate progress, promote accountability and drive results. The membership includes a blend of individual and group rehab appointments, on-field running & conditioning sessions and includes our 3-stage return to sport testing.

RETURN TO SPORT TESTING

Wondering if you're truly ready to return to your sport?

Knee injuries like ACL, meniscus, or MPFL tears can sideline you for a while, but getting back safely is crucial. Jointli's Return to Sport Testing is designed to give you the clarity and confidence you need to make an informed decision.

What sets our testing apart: 

  • A database of over 5000 knees.
  • Ongoing review of clinical and sport specific evidence by Dr Nico Furlan.
  • State-of-the-art lab, including Biodex Isokinetic Machine, Force Plates and Gait Lab.

Multi-Stage Approach: Our program isn't a one-off test. We utilise a series of assessments designed to progressively evaluate your readiness to get back to sport.

BIODEX AND FORCE PLATE ASSESSMENTS

Considered the gold standard in objective movement analysis, both our Biodex System 4 Pro and Hawkins Force Plate technology objectively measure physical output and movement quality to inform your training and rehab process. 

Our practice has one of the few Biodex machines in the country, a specialised muscle strength and power test that measures force output.

The Hawkins Force Plate is a highly accurate sensor that measures ground reaction forces to provide insights into jumping, landing and a range of training movements. 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING AND INJURY PREVENTION

We believe strength and conditioning training is a cornerstone of both peak performance and injury prevention. Our programs are designed to:
