Our exercise classes are designed to meet you where you are, whether you are rebuilding strength, staying flexible, or simply looking for a reason to move with others. Each session is led by qualified instructors who understand how to adapt movements for different abilities and energy levels, so you never have to worry about keeping up or being left behind. From gentle stretching and chair-based routines to low-impact cardio and balance work, the schedule offers enough variety to keep things interesting without becoming overwhelming. Classes take place in a relaxed, friendly setting where conversation is encouraged and progress is celebrated in small, meaningful steps. You can drop into a single session or come every week, whatever fits your rhythm. Wear something comfortable, bring a bottle of water, and arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can say hello and answer any questions.
Your first class is the biggest step, but you'll be welcomed from the start. Let the instructor know you're new and share any movement concerns. They'll help you settle in, explain the equipment, and offer alternatives. There's no pressure to perform - move at your own pace, pause, watch, or adjust as needed. If the class isn't right, the team can suggest other options.

Clinical Pilates is a specialised, physiotherapist-led form of Pilates designed to improve strength, mobility, core control and overall functional movement.
Unlike general Pilates classes, Clinical Pilates applies evidence-based rehabilitation principles and is tailored to your specific goals, limitations and medical history. By combining controlled movement, targeted muscle activation and individualised exercise progression, it supports long-term joint health, improves movement efficiency and helps reduce pain.
Our physiotherapists ensure every session is safe, effective and aligned with your rehabilitation or performance objectives.
