Our exercise classes meet you where you are, whether you are rebuilding strength, staying flexible, or simply looking for a reason to move with others. Led by qualified instructors, each session is adapted to different abilities and energy levels. Choose from gentle stretching, chair-based routines, low-impact cardio, and balance work. Drop in once or come weekly, whatever fits your rhythm. Wear something comfortable, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early to meet your instructor.
Your first class is the biggest step, but you'll be welcomed from the start. Let the instructor know you're new and share any movement concerns. They'll help you settle in, explain the equipment, and offer alternatives. There's no pressure to perform - move at your own pace, pause, watch, or adjust as needed. If the class isn't right, the team can suggest other options.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your class, In the event that you have to cancel within 24 hours, you will lose that pass towards the class.
