Milestone And Return To Sport Testing

If you are not testing, you are guessing.

Have you sustained a knee injury and wanting to evaluate your progress? Are you looking to return to sport but are unsure if you are ready?

Knee injuries like ACL, meniscus, or  tears can sideline you for a while, but getting back safely is crucial. Research shows how passing a battery of tests after ACL reconstruction is associated with greater likelihood of returning to sport.

Jointli's Milestone Testing sessions are designed to evaluate your rehabilitation progress and give you the clarity needed to make an informed decision. We offer a range of options ranging from the early stage of rehabilitation all the way to comprehensive evaluation for those returning to pivoting sport.
