Whether you're preparing for a joint replacement or recovering from surgery, the right rehabilitation can make all the difference. Our Joint Replacement Classes are designed specifically for people undergoing full or partial knee replacement surgery, providing expert physiotherapy in a supportive, small-group environment.
With a maximum of four participants per class, you'll receive the individual attention you need while benefiting from the motivation and encouragement of exercising alongside others on a similar journey.
