Geoff has been working in the health and wellness industry since 1998, when he graduated Otago University with a double degree in Exercise Science and Commerce. Over the past three decades, Geoff has worked in many facets of the industry, from small businesses to large corporate companies and has consulted as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning adviser, exercise physiologist and performance coach.
In his spare time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids as well as mountain biking, skiing, and playing golf
(badly).
Geoff specialises in the effective management of osteoarthritis by utilising a unique combination of scientific research and lifestyle
modifications. He aims to help anyone suffering from osteoarthritis, to return to a fully functional lifestyle without pain or limitations.
