Clinical Pilates is a specialised, physiotherapist-led form of Pilates designed to improve strength, mobility, core control and overall functional movement.
Unlike general Pilates classes, Clinical Pilates applies evidence-based rehabilitation principles and is tailored to your specific goals, limitations and medical history. By combining controlled movement, targeted muscle activation and individualised exercise progression, it supports long-term joint health, improves movement efficiency and helps reduce pain.
Our physiotherapists ensure every session is safe, effective and aligned with your rehabilitation or performance objectives.
Our Clinical Pilates service is designed for clients who want to move confidently, maintain strength and protect their joints for the long term.
It is ideal for people with knee osteoarthritis looking to avoid or delay surgery, individuals recovering from knee surgery who need structured rehabilitation, and those managing persistent lower back pain. It’s also suitable for anyone wanting to enhance general fitness, improve flexibility, build core strength or return to activity safely.
Whether you're focused on longevity, recovery or improving everyday movement, our private and semi-private Clinical Pilates sessions launching in 2026 provide a supportive, expert-guided path to feeling stronger and more capable.
From 2026, we will be expanding our services to include a comprehensive Clinical Pilates program designed to support both rehabilitation and long-term health. For our existing Longevity clients, we will offer an optional bolt-on programme that provides access to our new Pilates timetable, including targeted group strength classes and specialised Pilates sessions. New and existing clients can also choose from private
1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions for highly individualised guidance or small semi-private group classes that blend personalised attention with the motivation of a shared environment. Whether you're looking for dedicated rehabilitation, structured ongoing strength training or a supportive way to stay active, we have a format to suit your goals.
